Securing IoT Devices: Module 2

As part of the SEL mission to motivate, educate and train a new generation of cybersecurity researchers and professionals to produce experts in cyber technologies and systems, the lab is planning to launch a series of professional training workshops called "Secure Internet-of-Vehicles (IoV) Communications: Threat Models and Countermeasure Course". The training workshops will be held for three days from the time 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. It will include hands-on training where students will implement different attacks and their countermeasures on the IoT devices.

• Modification Attack

Day 3 (Tue, 3 January 2023): Denial of Service Attacks and Countermeasures

1. Impact of RSU in VANET
2. DoS Scenarios
• Sybil Attack
• Flooding Attack
